In Fall 2019, Naomi completed a course in Nonprofit Management at SRU. The main project in the course was a step-by-step process of creating a nonprofit. In addition to that project she also worked on an in-person networking event titled "Growing Connections". Attached are two of her case studies from the course. Her organization Rural heARTs functions as a capacity building nonprofit for rural arts organizations.

This is the final case study from the course. It covers every area in the organization from programs to budget to board.
